Adzuki beans like mung beans cook much quicker due to their size. The tiny deep red beans have a sweet nutty flavour and are used commonly in oriental cooking.

Black eye beans supplied from Madagascar, USA, China and Canada. The Beans are medium sized, ovular bean with creamy background and black around the hilum. Good to use in soups and casseroles and salads.
